Landed is designed with deliverability in mind. Because emails are sent from your own Gmail, not a shared mass-mailing server, they carry your personal sender reputation. Combined with configurable send delays and personalized content, most emails reach the primary inbox. Keep volumes reasonable and always personalize your messages.
Absolutely. Landed uses AES-128 symmetric encryption to store your Google App Password at rest. We never store or access your actual Gmail password. You create a dedicated App Password in your Google account settings which can be revoked at any time without touching your main account.
Yes. Landed sends through your personal Gmail SMTP using an App Password. Every email lands in recipients' inboxes with your real name and address, making outreach feel authentic and personal, not bulk-sent.
Yes! Landed supports dynamic placeholders like
{name}, {company}, {snippet}, and {applicant_title} in your templates. Each message is filled in with what discovery found about that person and their post before sending. No copy-pasting required.
The send delay adds a configurable pause (5 to 120 seconds) between each email. This mimics human sending behaviour, significantly reducing the risk of Gmail flagging your account for spam, and improving overall inbox deliverability.
The sidebar meter shows how much of your allowance is left. If a batch is larger than what remains, Landed sends what fits and skips the rest rather than failing partway, so you always know exactly where it stopped. On a paid plan the allowance refills at the start of each calendar month. The free plan is different: its 10 emails are a one-off, so once they are gone, sending waits for an upgrade rather than for a new month.
